Duties
- Support the Vice President for Financial Administration / CFO and the Executive Director for Financial Administration to ensure timely flow of information to and from the finance office. Responsible for the daily coordination of activities (operations and planning).
- Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, and function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Prepare Board of Trustees and Committee presentations and materials and work with and bring together cross-functional coordination between programs and departments.
- Manage PUC faculty/staff housing including waitlist and housing placement. Set up and terminate payroll deductions. Communicate with accounting team and tenants.
- Work with Student & Spiritual Life on student tenant placement in student family housing.
- Collect rent and manage collections issues related to housing.
- Coordinate with housing maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Process and monitor move-in and move-out process for all tenants and work with Administration and Student & Spiritual Life regarding lease terminations.
- Maintain accurate tenant records. Update reports and keep all paperwork organized.
- Stay updated on local market conditions and trends, local and county guidelines and basic legal requirements for leases.
- Coordinate moving arrangements for incoming faculty/staff and retiring employees. Process moving expense reimbursement requests.
- Monitor commercial leases to ensure that leases are current and that rent and utilities charges conform to the lease.

Compensation
Hourly; Commensurate upon degree and experience (plus denominational benefits depending upon qualifications and experience)
