Locks and Keys:

  • Install, repair, rebuild, and service mechanical, electrical locking and closing devices
  • Responsible for designing, maintaining and record keeping for all key work on campus


  • Build, design, and install campus and event signage
  • Work with PR and Signage Committee for consistency


  • Stay compliant with Federal and State Regulations and Reporting
  • Plan, install, operate, and maintain the water utility system
  • Complete weekend rounds and call backs as needed
  • Swimming Pool and Fountain:   
    • Maintain, repair and clean pool, deck, fountain, and auxiliary equipment
    • Prepare service reports of materials used and work performed

Desirable Qualifications

Certificates and Licenses:

  • State of California grade 2 Water Treatment Operator License
  • Distribution Operator License
  • ANWA Back Flow Preventer Assembly General Tester License


  • Associate of Science Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong team player and contributor 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers, printers, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong background in graphics and large format printing
  • Working knowledge of databases
  • Ability to plan, manage multiple projects and work well under pressure
  • Ability to reason, be decisive, follow through and complete projects
  • Ability to supervise student employees as needed


Hourly; Compensation based on education and experience: $20-$25 per hour
