Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, budgeting and maintenance of college facilities.
- Maintaining employee records, facility blueprints, and utility maps. Maintaining roads, grounds, and buildings, collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors to plan, design and implement projects.
- Overseeing water treatment, supply and distribution, wastewater treatment, electrical generation supply anddistribution, energy management, and regulatory compliance for hazardous materials.
- Determining priorities and assigning work tasks to supervisors.
- Establishing and enforcing departmental operational policies, employee relations, and training.
- Serving as a liaison of the college with various governmental and regulatory agencies, and other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is preferred
- Experience in staffing, budgeting, and training
- Experience in short and long-range facilities planning
- Ability to successfully orchestrate all aspects of capital projects
- Customer service oriented with personal and professional emphasis
- Experienced in employee management
Compensation
Salary; Compensation based on education and experience: $75,000-$85,000 annually
