Duties

Responsible for the business and accounting functions in the enrollment department (i.e. AP, AR, etc.) reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Services, including preparation of reports and audits findings, collecting, entering, and analyzing department data, and maintaining and auditing departmental accounting systems. Responsible for developing departmental and/or territory budgets and maintaining the accounting aspects of the department’s Colleague Database. Responsible to facilitate effective recruitment strategies in order to meet strategic enrollment department goals by developing and implementing financial and student aid plans for prospective students and families.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field, plus 1 year of experience preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements, preparing audit reports, developing and managing departmental budgets, managing institutional scholarship budgets and disbursements, and reviewing accounts for discrepancies and reconciling differences.

Compensation

Salary; 63,814.00
