Student Family Housing
Pacific Union College offers housing designed especially with the needs of married students and single parents in mind. Older students, as well as faculty and staff, are eligible to reside in this housing in Brookside Park, Court Place, and Mobile Manor upon availability and priority determined by Student Services. Off-campus housing requests are approved on an annual basis, and approval must be obtained from Student Services office prior to signing a lease.
Student eligibility for Brookside Park or Court Place requires completion of at least 12 class hours per quarter, and single students are not allowed to live in co-ed groups. Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. To add your name to the waiting list, turn in a Housing Request Form with a $10 non-refundable deposit. Students, faculty or staff interested in living in Mobile Manor should contact Human Resources at (707) 965-6231.
Brookside Park
Brookside Park is located northwest of campus across Howell Mountain Road, situated close to the College Market and laundromat.
- Forty 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments.
- Apartments have refrigerator, stove, window coverings, and carpet.
- PUC Landscape department maintains area grounds and lawns.
- NO PETS ALLOWED unless approved by manager.
- No facilities for washer or dryer (Laundromat nearby).
- Play area.
- Rent includes water and garbage.

- No facilities for washer or dryer (Laundromat nearby).
- Facilities for washer and dryer in carport.
- Utilities NOT included.

Residents of Mobile Manor own their coach and rent a pad space for $140 to $200 month.
