Music Festival Registration

Payment for registration is due February 19. Please make check payable to Pacific Union College, with “Music Festival” on the memo line. Checks will be held until the end of Festival to account for any changes in attendance for each school, and any adjusted checks will be due on Monday, March 24. If adjusted checks do not arrive by this date, we will cash the original checks and bill for any additional amount owed.

NOTE: Students may only participate in ONE ensemble during the festival. Please do not include their name on more than one ensemble list. See instructions on the spreadsheet. Download Template File

All of our meals are vegetarian. If you have any specific dietary needs in your group (i.e. gluten free, dairy free, serious allergies, etc.), please provide the number of individuals who will need the specified adjustments.

Please enter the number of rooms your group will need in each residence hall. Minimum occupancy for student rooms is 2; maximum occupancy is 4. Chaperones may have their own rooms. We will reserve a block of rooms for your group in each hall and schools will be responsible for assigning students to rooms.

Sunday breakfast can be provided if needed for an additional fee of $15 each. Please incorporate this amount into your registration fee amount due. Enter below the number of boxed breakfasts your group will need for Sunday morning. These may be picked up Saturday evening; details will be provided upon arrival to the Festival. This purchase is non-refundable.

Checkout Requirements * All groups must check out and vacate their lodgings no later than 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 9. There will be a late checkout fee assessed for any group leaving after this time. By checking this box, you acknowledge you have read and understand the checkout requirements.
Chaperone Lodging Requirements. * Each school is required to bring at least one male and one female chaperone (including music teachers), who will lodge in the residence halls for the duration of the Festival. By checking this box, you acknowledge you have read and understand the chaperone lodging requirements.
