Land Management Land management is looking for workers to start immediately. Duties include but are not limited to:  Moving irrigation pipes, splitting wood and other manual labor. Student Accounting PositionThere is a student accounting position available for the summer with potential to continue during the school year.  Job will include reconciliations, journal entries, spreadsheets, data entry and filing among other things. Experience with Excel, 10-key and basic knowledge of debits and credits is a plus. To apply, please fill out an application and bring to Chris Ames in the Accounting office.

Nursing & Health Sciences The Nursing & Health Sciences Department is looking for a student (2 positions available) starting Fall 2017 (Freshman or Sophomore preferred). Hours are flexible and change from quarter to quarter. Positions are not guaranteed from quarter to quarter. Must have good professional communication, writing and computer skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Duties include answering phones, typing, filing, projects, etc. Must be punctual when scheduled to work. Public Safety – Now hiring a Student Communications Dispatcher. The dispatcher is responsible for general operation of PUC’s 24-hour Communications Center. The position maintains responsibility for the control and direction of incoming and outgoing telephone calls, visitor information, coordination of emergency conditions, and the dispatch of security and ambulance personnel. The job starts in the summer and will continue all year round. Summer hours are eight hour shifts including nights and weekends. School year hours are four hour shifts during the week and eight hour shifts on the weekends. Work schedule is created around dispatcher’s class schedule. Tutors Apply for a tutoring job if you are at least a sophomore, responsible and dependable, can explain concepts well to peers, and excel in one (or more) of these subject areas:  Biology, Chemistry/Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Writing Lab/English, Nutrition, Microbiology, all Nursing classes, Physics, Statistics, History, Spanish/Modern Languages. Facilities Management­ ­– The facilities management department is now hiring. Various areas include Co-Generation Plant, Plumbing, Sign Shop, Trash/Recycle Plant, Waste Water, and Welding. Students must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision once training is complete. A current driver’s license (with a clear driving record) is required to perform the assigned duties. Students must be able to work a minimum of eight hours per week and two hours per shift. Landscape Department A landscaping position is available. Job duties would include maintaining campus flowers, irrigation system maintenance and repair, cleaning up litter, replacing shrubs and trees, and re-landscaping. Students must be able to work a minimum of eight hours per week and two hours per shift. Shifts are 7:30AM-12PM and 1PM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday and 6AM-12PM on Fridays. Cogen/Heating Plant Position The facilities management department is looking for students who can work at least ten hours a week, are responsible and willing to learn, can work during the school year and during breaks, have a valid CA driver’s license with a clear driving record, and are willing to be trained in steam line/heating/electrical systems. Responsibilities will include on duty monitoring of Co-gen operations, answering phones and radios, and relaying messages over the phone and/or radio. French TutorAngwin resident looking for a French tutor. Needs to be at advanced level. Two days per week. 1 hour per day. Pay is $20 an hour. Times and days are flexible but afternoon is preferred. Server and Light Housekeeping- Part-time/Temporary Position for private dinners and light cleaning for houseguests. Searching for a well-groomed PUC student to help in the kitchen during private dinners. Warehouse OperatorA wine storage and distribution company in American Canyon is looking for a warehouse operator. The warehouse operator would perform operational functions required for all aspects of shipping, receiving, and accurate inventory in the warehouse while putting a priority on the care, custody, and control of the customers’ product. One or two years of experience in warehousing or inventory is preferred, must be able to manage time to meet required deadlines and to multi-task. Must have strong calculative, analytical, and communication skills. Should be able to operate warehouse machinery including but not limited to:  pallet jack, order picker, fork-lift, and reach truck; must also be able to operate computer, printer, phone, and calculator. Working conditions are in a refrigerated environment of 50-55 degrees. Will earn a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Wydown Hotel – Looking for someone to work overnight shifts at our guest services desk. The available shifts are from 11pm-6am Saturday-Sunday, and the person will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week. Dietary Staff – Looking for an aide to help with dishwashing, light food preparation, some light baking, kitchen cleaning, as well as serving beverages to our clients. Also looking for a cook to prepare meals for up to sixty people, serve the meals to our clients, and do light kitchen cleaning.

On-Call Rehabilitation Assistants – Assist clients with independent living skills, prompt for activities of the day, teach skills needed to assist client to move to a lower level of care, work closely with the team, document client’s progress & participation in our program.

Nurses – Nurses needed to administer medication, coordinate with treatment team, communicate with physicians for orders and report of clients’ condition, documentation of orders, treatments, daily and weekly progress and concerns, also lead group on medication & medical issues.
