Public Safety - (707.965.6551) is accepting applications from students interested in working as either a Communications Dispatcher and/or Campus Patrol Officer. These are continuous filling/recruitment positions. Although upperclassmen are preferred, all applications can be accepted and students can be employed from all grade levels. Public Safety does perform a background review on all applicants, with specific personal traits expected to include: dependability, reliability, ethical work habits, responsibility, and diligence. Public Safety’s business hours are 8am—4pm, Monday through Friday.

Recreational Aide -Boys & Girls Clubs- Every year the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Helena & Calistoga serve hundreds of members between the ages of 6 and 18, with after-school and summer recreational enrichment programs If you are looking to contribute to youth in a meaningful and fun way the following position(s) are currently available at our Calistoga Unit: Recreational Aide. Retail Sales Associate Napa Valley Bath Co.  is seeking a motivated individual to assist the retail sales team in creating a high level customer experience. This hands-on position requires a high energy individual who is detail oriented. An outgoing, sincerely friendly personality, dependability, and organizational skills to maintain store standards are vital. Our customer experience is as high a priority as the quality of products that we produce. Responsibilities include open/close store, ensure store organization and cleanliness, product knowledge/sales, stock displays, maintain floor samples, and keep a positive and peaceful attitude. Irrigation Assemblage – A couple in Angwin runs a small business and is looking for individuals to help assemble irrigation devices. The parts are light weight, and will need to be assembled by hand. They are offering full-time or part-time employment at $9.50 per hour. Hours are from 8am – 4:30pm and close early on Friday. Please bring sturdy shoes to wear, but please no shorts or tank tops. Extended Care Provider – PUC Elementary has an opening for an Extended Care Provider for the upcoming school year of 2014-2015. Position will require about 3-6 hours per week depending on hours and availability. The program runs Monday-Thursday 3:00-5:30, and Friday 12:00-4:30. Occasional days will be half days for the school and will require the providers to be at work by 12:00 (Usually on Wednesday or Thursday). Rehabilitation Assistant – A mental health treatment program in Angwin is looking for on-call applicants to work with those who suffer from Mental Health issues. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required, and previous experience is preferred. Job would include working directly with clients in their daily routines around the facility. Three daily shifts are available: 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 11:00pm-7:30am. Pay is depending on experience and can range from $9.50-$12/hr. Rutherford Hill- is looking for people to be on-call event operations crew members. Crew members will be responsible to work in a group and help host events for Rutherford Hill. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Please see the Payroll window for more information.

The North American Division (NAD) Treasury Department is looking for a Training and Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for the coordination of implementation and training of designated employees within the NAD, implementation of the Adventist Accounting Software International (AASI) and the Adventist Payroll Program (APS), and provide first-tier support for all Unions in NAD.  Requires Bachelor’s (BA/BS) in Accounting or Business.  Experience in computer-related field preferred. Graduate degree a plus. Knowledge of AASI and APS software preferred. Minimum of three to four years relevant successful experience is required to fulfill essential job functions.   Work is varied and performed within a team context with limited supervision.  Must be able to work independently to meet established deadlines. Lifeguard (Pay Range $10.00 – $13.00)
Maintains constant vigilance over patrons, is responsible for rescues of persons in distress, renders first aid when needed, and enforces all rules and regulations pertaining to the safety and well-being of patrons and visitors at the swim center.  Other facility responsibilities as needed.   Must Possess: Minimum of 15 years of age; current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or comparable and approved certifying agency) which includes CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Lifeguard First Aid which meets Title 22 requirements.  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Swim Instructor (Pay Range $10.00-$11.00)
Organizes and instructs classes for all levels of swimming, maintains constant vigilance over participants; completes records and reports as needed.  Other facility responsibilities as needed.  Standards: Minimum of 15 years of age, ability to life up to 50 lbs required , experience teaching children swimming is highly desirable.  Swim instructor training is provided by the City of Calistoga Recreation Services.  Hours are morning and afternoon Monday through Thursday.

Head Lifeguard (Pay Range $13.00-$15.00)
Supervision of the lifeguards and volunteers.  Communicates with staff and public on programs and problems and duties as required to manage a public pool.  Performs routine and special maintenance duties as needed.  Must possess: American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification from or other approved by certifying agency; current Certified Pool Operators Certification is a plus.  Previous supervisor experience preferred. 

Valet Parking USA Valet Parking is looking for professional individuals to assist in valet parking. Wage can be up to $20/hr.
