Athletics Department- The PUC Athletics Department is looking for student workers. Positions include sports writer, game day announcer, and game day camera crew. Lifeguard The PUC Exercise Science Department is looking for lifeguards for the summer. Starting pay is $13.25/hr for those with a Lifeguard Certification and $14.25/hr for those with both a Lifeguard and a Swimming Instructor Certification. Work availability is 1:00 – 4:30 and 6:00 – 8:30 PM for Lifeguards. Swim lessons will be in the morning or 4:30-6:00 PM. If interested, contact Elaine Neudeck via email ( or phone (707-965-6345). Bon Appetit Deli – The Bon Appetite Deli is looking for a dishwasher every Sunday from noon to 5pm. If interested inquire with Karen, Café Manager at the Dinning Commons.

Land Management Land management is looking for workers to start immediately. Duties include but are not limited to: moving irrigation pipes, splitting wood, and other manual labor. Tutors Apply for a tutoring job if you are at least a sophomore, responsible and dependable, can explain concepts well to peers, and excel in one (or more) of these subject areas:  Biology, Chemistry/Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Writing Lab/English, Nutrition, Microbiology, all Nursing classes, Physics, Statistics, History, Spanish/Modern Languages. Facilities Management­ ­– The facilities management department is now hiring. Various areas include Co-Generation Plant, Plumbing, Sign Shop, Trash/Recycle Plant, Waste Water, and Welding. Students must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision once training is complete. A current driver’s license (with a clear driving record) is required to perform the assigned duties. Students must be able to work a minimum of eight hours per week and two hours per shift. Landscape Department A landscaping position is available. Job duties would include maintaining campus flowers, irrigation system maintenance and repair, cleaning up litter, replacing shrubs and trees, and re-landscaping. Students must be able to work a minimum of eight hours per week and two hours per shift. Shifts are 7:30AM-12PM and 1PM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday and 6AM-12PM on Fridays. Cogen/Heating Plant Position The facilities management department is looking for students who can work at least ten hours a week, are responsible and willing to learn, can work during the school year and during breaks, have a valid CA driver’s license with a clear driving record, and are willing to be trained in steam line/heating/electrical systems. Responsibilities will include on duty monitoring of Co-gen operations, answering phones and radios, and relaying messages over the phone and/or radio. Recreation Leader- City of Napa is looking to hire a recreation leader for their preschool. This position is for 8 – 20 hours per week at $13-$16/hr. Available shifts are during the evenings, weekends, and some holidays. No previous experience is required, but the applicant should have a broad knowledge of various recreational activities and sports. Part-Time Coordinator Health Advocates is seeking a part-time Coordinator for a client hospital site in Santa Rosa. Duties include: clerical support, liaison between the Client and health Advocates, generate reports, separate and log incoming mail, data entry and distribution, and handling confidential information. Qualifications include: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, data entry skills, type 30 wpm, and 2 or more years of complex general office assignments. Dietary Staff – Looking for an aide to help with dishwashing, light food preparation, some light baking, kitchen cleaning, as well as serving beverages to our clients. Also looking for a cook to prepare meals for up to sixty people, serve the meals to our clients, and do light kitchen cleaning.

On-Call Rehabilitation Assistants – Assist clients with independent living skills, prompt for activities of the day, teach skills needed to assist client to move to a lower level of care, work closely with the team, document client’s progress & participation in our program.

Nurses – Nurses needed to administer medication, coordinate with treatment team, communicate with physicians for orders and report of clients’ condition, documentation of orders, treatments, daily and weekly progress and concerns, also lead group on medication & medical issues.
