Graduation List
List of current students set to graduate in June.

Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year!

If you are planning to complete your degree at any time during this school year, you must submit an Application to Graduate. If you are potentially eligible to graduate this year, you should have received a graduation application packet by mail at your home address in mid-September. If you did not, you may obtain a packet from the Records Office. The following checklist will help you with everything you need to know to get on the graduation list:

  • Complete a graduation application.
  • Register for ALL courses needed to complete your degree – pre-register for the entire school year.
  • Review your degree audit with your advisor, print a copy, and have your advisor sign it on the first page.
  • Bring your completed application and signed degree audit with you in person to the Records Office in Graf Hall.
    • Students attending off-campus programs such as the Degree Completion Program or off-campus Nursing may not need to meet in person. Contact Jonathan Bradley for more information.

Please note that any coursework being transferred from another institution must be received NO LATER THAN the first day of Spring Quarter, April 1, 2013. This means that coursework must be completed prior to Spring Quarter.

Sunday, June 16, 2013 Graduation Commencement – arrive no later than 8:15 a.m.
