Booking Information
If you are looking to book 1-7 rooms, please use the online booking option below.
- Group Reservations – group reservations can best be facilitated by emailing albion@puc.edu. Please include contact name and phone number. A deposit of the first night's rent by check is preferred
- Cancel Reservations – canceling a reservation can best be facilitated by emailing albion@puc.edu. Please include contact name and phone number and reservation number.
A deposit of the first night's rent and a credit card are required to secure the Reservation at the time of booking. Final payment may be made by credit card, cash or check. Your Reservation is not confirmed until you have made a deposit.
Only 4 people (including infants) are allowed per cabin per fire code.
Refunds
For group reservations, deposits are refundable less a $10.00 cancellation fee per room if Cancellation occurs 30 days prior to occupancy. If Cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the check-in date then the deposit is lost. For single reservations, deposits are refundable less a $10.00 cancellation fee per room if Cancellation occurs 7 days or more prior to occupancy. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the Reservation, no refund is given and the deposit is lost.

Single Rooms
- Sleeping Cabin with Queen Bed and Bunk Bed - Sleeps one to four persons: one queen bed and two single beds in the form of a bunk or in a sleeping loft with a private bath (vanity, toilet, shower). Room does not include linens, bedding, pillows, or towels. Rates start at $100/night.
- Sleeping cabin with a Fridge and Microwave Sleeps one to four persons: one queen bed and two single beds in the form of a bunk bed with a private bath (vanity, toilet, shower). The room has a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Room does not include linens, bedding, pillows, or towels. Rates start at $105/night.
- Sleeping Cabin with Queen Bed and 2 Loft Beds - Sleeps one to four persons: one queen bed on the main floor and two single beds in the loft. The loft is only accessible by a vertical wall ladder. Room does not include linens, bedding, pillows, or towels. Rates start at $105/night.
- Kitchenette Cabin with 2 Loft Beds - Sleeps one to four persons: one queen bed on the main floor, and two single beds in a sleeping loft. The loft is only accessible by a vertical wall ladder. Room does not include linens, bedding, pillows, or towels. There is a private bath (vanity, toilet, shower) and is fully equipped with electric range, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, and a refrigerator. Because as Seventh-day Adventists, we eat clean meats, we respectfully request that there be no pork, bacon, crab, shellfish, squid or octopus cooked in the kitchenettes. Rates start at $125/night.
Multiple Rooms for Groups
Groups Reservations of 12 or more cabins, minimum of 2 nights, will receive a discount of $10/room/night. Group Reservations for the whole 24 cabins with cafeteria/dining room and lab may be made up to 1 year in advance. Smaller groups of 12 cabins or more can be made 6 months in advance. Total capacity for 24 cabins is 96 individuals; only 4 individuals are allowed per cabin.
An Education rate for Schools is available for Monday - Thursday rentals. Inquire with the Director.
All groups will need a valid credit card on file, pay the minimum first night's stay, acknowledge the Terms & Conditions, and fill in the Cabin Assignment Sheet.
Note: Cafeteria and the Lab are no longer included for free with a group reservation and must be rented for the groups' use if needed.
Group leader is responsible for informing all guests they are bringing to Albion Field Station that No Alcohol, Drugs or Pets are allowed at Albion Field Station.
Additional charges will be assessed if the rooms or buildings are left dirty or damaged. (from here on it can remain the same)
Additional Accommodations and Use
RV sites ($55/night), tent camping($35/4 individuals/night), canoe($35/day) or kayak rentals($25-$35/day), and boat launching ($12/boat) are available for our guests. Rates are subject to change, and current rates are on the booking site. Free canoe and kayak use come with lodging reservations.
Dining Room and Cafeteria
- Dining Room/Cafeteria - The Cafeteria is equipped with dishes, eating utensils, pots, pans, bowls, knives, serving utensils, a blender and food processor, etc. for the preparation of food. There is a walk-in refrigerator, a freezer, gas stove, gas ovens, and convection ovens. There is a serving deck and side bar. The dining rooms has tables and chairs to seat approximately 90 people.
- Paper Products may be brought for use. Because we are environmentally conscience, please DO NOT bring styrofoam products.
- Food - Because as Seventh-day Adventists, we eat clean meats, we respectfully request that there be no pork, bacon, crab, shellfish, squid or octopus cooked in the cafeteria.
- CA CRV - all CA CRV bottles must be placed in separate bins.
Laboratory Rooms
- Lab Rooms - The Laboratory has a large room which overlooks the Albion River on the northwest side. Two sliding glass doors open onto a large deck on the northeast side. Chairs and tables are available to set up as desired. Approximate size - 24 ft. by 65 ft. This large room can be divided into two smaller halves as follows. This large room can be divided into two smaller halves. Rental Rates are $90/side or $180/both sides.
- Lab Beach-side - This lab room is on the northwest side and overlooks the Albion River. Two TV screens with HDMI hook up. No PA system available (most groups don't use one). Approximate size - 24 ft. by 34.5 ft.
- Lab Cabin-side - This lab room is on the southeast and is nearest to the cabins. There are couches and tables already set up. One TV screen with HDMI hook up. No PA system available. (most groups don't use one). Approximate size - 24 ft. by 29 ft.
Check In
Upon arrival, go down Albion Main Street to the lab where the office is located. If no one is present, pick up the phone and it will ring the person on duty. That person will answer your call and come to the office to check you in.
Check In time is 3 p.m. You may arrive before 3 p.m. but you may not be able to move into your cabin before 3 p.m.
Check Out & Cleaning
Check out time is 11 a.m. Guests must have their cabins completely empty and cleaned as posted in the rooms by 11 a.m. so that housekeeping can prepare the cabins for the next guests that will be coming.
