Convenience & Service Fee Disclosure

ACI Passthrough

NOTE: The ACI passthrough change will be effective on July 1st, 2026.

The tuition and fee rates displayed reflect the base price for payments made via cash, physical check, direct wire, or online bank bill pay.

For your convenience, we accept electronic payments via a third-party processor, ACI Worldwide. If you choose to pay using an electronic method, the processor will assess a non-refundable service fee at the time of transaction:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: A service fee of 2.99% of the transaction total.
  • Electronic Checks (ACH): A flat service fee of $1.84 per transaction.

These fees are collected directly by the processor to cover transaction costs and are not retained by Pacific Union College.

To pay the advertised base price without a fee, you may select a fee-free payment method (Cash, Check, Wire, or Online Bill Pay). By clicking "Submit Payment," you acknowledge and accept these third-party transaction terms.
