Remove Cookies for Windows Browsers

Internet Explorer version 9
  1. Click the Tools button, point to Safety, and then click Delete browsing history.
  2. Select the Cookies check box, and then click Delete.
  3. Resart your browser
Internet Explorer version 8
  1. Click "Safety" on the Command bar
  2. Select "Delete Browsing History"
  3. Select the option for cookies and click Delete
  4. Restart Browser
Firefox version 10 or version 11
  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button, go over to the History menu (click on the Tools menu in Windows XP) and select Clear Recent History....
  2. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  3. Click on the arrow next to Details to expand the list of history items.
  4. Select Cookies and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.
  5. Click on the “Clear Now” Button
  6. Restart your browser
Google Chrome version 17
  1. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Options".
  2. Click the "Under the Hood" tab, locate the "Privacy" section and click the "Clear browsing data" button.
  3. Select "Delete cookies and other site data" to delete all cookies from the Select "Clear browsing history" to delete traces of which websites you've visited.
  4. Select "Clear download history" to delete records of which files and programs you've downloaded.
  5. Select "Empty the cache" to delete cached website pages.
  6. You can also delete saved passwords (which log you into websites) and saved form data (such as your name and address).
  7. Then click on the "Clear browsing data" button.
  8. Click on the Close button when you've finished.
  9. Restart your browser

  1. In Safari, select Settings Button , > Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy tab.
  3. Select Remove All Website Data.
  4. Restart your browser

Remove Cookies for Mac Browsers

Safari version 5
  1. Go to the menu labeled “Safari” (on the upper left corner)
  2. Select the sub-menu “Preferences”
  3. Select the “Privacy” tab at the top of the window.
  4. Click “Details”
  5. To remove the cookies, click “remove all”
  6. Click “Done”
  7. Select "Quit" from the "Safari" menu
  8. Restart Safari
Firefox version 3
  1. Once the browser is open, select the tools menu and click clear Recent History.
  2. Select a timeframe from the time Range to Clear dropdown menu (its best to select everything)
  3. In the details list, make sure Cookies are selected.
  4. Click clear now.
  5. Select "Quit" from the "Firefox" menu
  6. Restart Firefox
