Duties

  • Provide clout and consistency to the process of tracking and collecting payments
  • Serve as the digital backbone of the office
  • Take Responsibility from Director for certain programs
  • Track and follow up on payments (pre-collection)
  • Establish/manage financial clearance process (in conjunction with counselors
  • Import/Export all SAIG files (ISIR, MPN, Entrance, COD, etc)
  • Reconcile Title IV aid programs
  • Manage/reconcile the Cal Grant program
  • Learn/understand/optimize colleague functions

Desirable Qualifications

  • B.S. degree preferred in business/accounting/or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in student financial services preferred
  • Able to be comfortable and excel at customer service relations

Compensation

Hourly; Commensurate upon degree and experience (plus denominational benefits depending upon qualifications and experience)
