Duties
- Provide clout and consistency to the process of tracking and collecting payments
- Serve as the digital backbone of the office
- Take Responsibility from Director for certain programs
- Track and follow up on payments (pre-collection)
- Establish/manage financial clearance process (in conjunction with counselors
- Import/Export all SAIG files (ISIR, MPN, Entrance, COD, etc)
- Reconcile Title IV aid programs
- Manage/reconcile the Cal Grant program
- Learn/understand/optimize colleague functions
Desirable Qualifications
- B.S. degree preferred in business/accounting/or related field
- 1-2 years experience in student financial services preferred
- Able to be comfortable and excel at customer service relations
Compensation
Hourly; Commensurate upon degree and experience (plus denominational benefits depending upon qualifications and experience)
