Duties

The project production manager provides vision, a strong sense of teamwork, leadership, coordination and planning of all ongoing projects in the alumni and advancement office. The project production manager is an integral member of the alumni and advancement team with responsibilities and oversight for production, sequencing and planning all the fundraising projects and campaigns, communications, events and report generation. The project production manager fosters a sense of a welcoming and organized department to campus colleagues, alumni and outside vendors and consultants.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Education: BS or BA degree
  • 4-5 years management experience
  • Proven experience has an organized, detailed manager
  • Management style that works well on campus
  • Demonstrate leadership in office team-building, strategic planning, goal setting and financial management
  • Ability to communicate the vision of PUC
  • Working knowledge of software and applications
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with vendors and consultants
  • Advocate of SDA higher education
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution
  • Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with all segments of the college
  • Respectful of diverse opinions and cultures
  • Must have an expressed commitment to Jesus Christ and the teaching of the Adventist church
