Your tournament fees must be postmarked by August 15. When PUC Preparatory School has received both this registration form and your tournament fees, you will receive an e-mail directing you to the URL at which you may enter the name, jersey, position, age, height, grade, and housing requests for your team members.
Please be advised that any guests (spouses, children, parents, etc.) may make their housing arrangements through the Winning Hall reservation desk at 707-965-6313.
Teams will receive a URL to enter their team rosters online. This will be sent after you fill out the online registration and send in your money.
Meal tickets will be issued to the athletic directors for each team member and up to two coaches per academy. Please advise your participants that dollar amounts over and above the printed amount on the meal tickets will be collected in cash from the individual (team members and coaches), so it would be wise to bring some extra pocket cash.
Campus lodging will be provided for your team members and up to two coaches per academy.
