Registration

Tournament Registration
Print out and mail or fax to (707) 965-6432.

The $350 registration fee per invited team (boys and girls) must be postmarked by January 9, 2009 for your team to be guaranteed a spot in the tournament. A full tournament schedule will be sent out as soon as teams submit their registration. All players must be in grades 9-12-no exceptions.

Team Roster

Team Roster
Print out and mail or fax to (707) 965-6432.

Teams must submit a roster for each team by January 9, 2009. The roster must include the following information: Name, jersey number, grade, height, position.

Schedule of Play

  • Wednesday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday night 6:00 p.m. - conclusion

Meals

Meal tickets will be issued to the athletic directors for each team member and up to two coaches per academy. Please advise your participants that dollar amounts over and above the printed amount on the meal tickets will be collected in cash from the individual (team members and coaches), so it would be wise to bring some extra pocket cash.

Lodging

Campus lodging will be provided for your team members and up to two coaches per academy. Please be sure to complete the enclosed registration form and team roster sheets to reserve your rooms.
