Coming back from the Christmas break, a lot of questions from back home have been circulating in my head. “How is PUC, Chris?” “What’s the weather like up there?” “What classes are you taking?” Christmas break was beautiful, but coming back to PUC has shown me a couple of things. I didn’t realize how much I missed my friends, the dorm life, and the campus.

I realize that PUC is the place to be. It feels so good to be working, studying, and bettering my life all while having fun! Currently, I’m working up to completing my nursing degree, enjoying the competiveness of intramural basketball, and working a lot to keep the grades up.

For the most part, I am enjoying the classes I am taking—Anatomy, Parables of Jesus, and U.S. History. While they do require a lot of devoted time, I feel like I’ve got this. You can’t sell yourself short on your success.

I look forward to another week at PUC! I wish everyone success this coming week and for the rest of the quarter.
