I hope all is well at home with you two and the rest of the family. I wish I could be there with you all. I should be home for the weekend soon. Hopefully you all can make a trip out here some time for a day or two as well.

In the meantime my weeks here have gone by terribly fast. It has been great besides the tests that I've had. It's hard to believe that midterm tests have just gone by. I do feel good about them though. I had a test in history which wasn't as bad as I thought, I did study so that probably helped a lot. Some of my Professors gave quizzes instead; however, they could have been called tests in my opinion. All of my Professors are grand and most have a great sense of humor.

Besides the tests I have just joined in with the Gospel Choir! I had my first practice this past Wednesday at 7 p.m. and the choir is going to sing this next week Wednesday. I can't wait! You both know that I have always wanted to join a Gospel Choir and know I have. The Director is amazing; she has so much passion for music and she has an incredible talent herself. She says that we will going out on the road singing in various places. There are many talented people in the choir I just hope that I can do just as well as those around me.

As you both know I am having a ton of fun in my Photography I class. This week I have developed my pictures of motion. This has been the toughest project yet. My most favorite part of this class is developing my pictures. I can see a white piece of paper turn into a master piece of black and white images. It has been an adventure for sure and at times it can be discouraging when a picture doesn't turn out. But that's how we learn, right?

This week has been fun and I feel glad that I am able to have this experience. Thank you both for making it happen. I am working hard and only hope to do even better in everything I do. I love you both so very much and I miss you too. I will do my best in keeping in touch, I know I don't call all the time, but I will do my best.

Love you! Your daughter,
