Orchid Leis

Leis are conveniently ready for pickup at Commencement Grove on graduation morning. Reserve one online at www.thaigraduationorchidleis.com, or contact Sam at (805) 390-2623.

Seating

There is an open seating plan for all weekend events.  No more than 14 seats or 1 row per graduate family may be reserved.  A person must be present and remain present to reserve seats.  Seats may not be held past 11:05 a.m. for Baccalaureate; seats for Commencement may be held starting at 6:00 a.m. until 8:40 a.m.

Commencement

Parking
Guests should plan to arrive at least an hour early to find parking and get seated. Guests can park on campus and shuttle service will be available at various locations. Vehicles parked at the airport must leave by 1:00 p.m.

Dress
Weather can vary in June, from foggy and chilly to sunny and warm. Check the weather forecast and dress appropriately. Commencement Grove is not paved; please wear appropriate shoes.

Angwin airport
If you plan to fly into PUC’s airport, please note that the ramp is closed from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on June 14. No fuel will be available and transient parking is limited.

Ceremony etiquette
Only service dogs are allowed at the Commencement ceremony. Dogs will not be permitted to stay in cars unattended. Please do not use air horns and confetti. If tortillas are thrown, they should not reach the platform and should only be used at appropriate times in the program.
