The Graduate Record Examination is a standardized test that is an admissions requirement for many graduate schools. The GRE Subject Test gauges undergraduate achievement in eight disciplines (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, computer science, literature in English, mathematics, physics, and psychology). Each Subject Test is intended for students who have majored in or have extensive background in that specific area.
