$19.24 – $21.81 Wage rate based upon degree and experience (plus denominational benefits)
Duties:
Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management and the Director of Human Resources, duties include: driving school vehicles in an ‘on call’ basis, safe and conscientious transportation of students and staff in an assortment of vehicles including but not limited to a large passenger bus. Maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles that have been driven and reporting any mechanical needs that may arise.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Commercial Class B license and passenger endorsement required
- Candidates must be 25 years of age or over
- Clean Driving record
- Minimum of 3-5 years driving experience with Class B license
- Maintain a strong attendance record
- Safely operate a passenger transportation vehicle
- Maintain a good rapport with the general public
- Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures
- Write reports in coherent, legible manner
- Able to remain calm in high pressure situations
