Office of Service, Justice, and Missions

Reporting to the Chaplain and to the Service, Justice, and Missions Coordinator. Duties include but are not limited to the management/receptionist of a high traffic, high volume office. General receptionist includes scheduling and managing the office for the Chaplain and the Service and Missions coordinator and other assigned duties. Assist in all processing of student missionaries (SMs), both incoming and outgoing. Assist in recruiting and orienting volunteers (short and long term); coordination of short-term mission trips; visa applications, travel arrangements, support services, reports, etc. Assist in setup and takedown of projects, including some mission work and promotional activities.
