Health Insurance Requirement

Because of the high cost of health care in the United States, Pacific Union College (PUC) requires all international F-1 students to maintain health insurance which meets the requirements of Pacific Union College. This coverage will be for the duration of their the student's visa status (as long as they have a valid PUC I-20).

The Office of Student Services offers UnitedHealthcare, a comprehensive insurance plan just for F-1 students. UnitedHealthcare will be purchased for all international students at the time of registration with the ISO (international student advisor) and will be automatically renewed yearly throughout their stay at PUC, including summer and vacation periods. The insurance fees will be charged to the student's account. For the current fee amounts, please contact Student Services.
