If you have a class or work schedule conflict which hinders you from attending Fusion, or other worship options, please submit the form below.

The office of Student Services will determine whether to grant a reduction in the attendance expectation for the current quarter only. Please note: for any off campus work schedule conflict, each student must provide a letter from their employer.
