Student Financial Services Counselors may ask for the following information to verify FAFSA results or to complete a Financial Aid Award. While every student who attends Pacific Union College will need to submit a complete Financial Aid Application, all other documents should only be submitted if requested by a PUC Financial Counselor.
All documents may be submitted to Student Financial Services via fax, email, or postal mail.

All students need to submit a complete PUC Financial Aid Application.
A parent or student’s IRS Tax Return Transcript may be requested to verify FAFSA results. The transcript can be requested via the IRS website.
If your Financial Counselor requests parent or student W-2 forms for FAFSA verification, you may submit copies via email, fax, or postal mail.
You may be asked to complete and submit a Parent Income Worksheet to verify FAFSA results. Find PUC’s printable worksheet online.
The Student Income Worksheet may be requested to verify FAFSA results. Find PUC’s printable version online.
If needed for verification of FAFSA results, you will receive this document from your Financial Counselor.
This document will be sent to you by your Financial Counselor if it is needed for verification of FAFSA results.
