Maintenance Request
See a light out on campus? Is there a door that won't close? Fill out our maintenance request form and we will get to it as soon as possible. Note: This form is only for Faculty and Staff. If you are a student and are needing maintenance please fill out the appropriate form in your dorm.

After 4:30 pm on weekdays, 12 pm on Fridays and weekends all emergencies should be directed to Public Safety at x6551
