
We require a 48-hour notice on all orders. Less notice will be considered emergency and equipment and/or service will not be promised. If you are renting our equipment or services for a non-academic purpose, a late-notice charge will be added to your invoice. Our phone mail system is available at all times for you to leave an equipment request.
Our reservation system is currently only a call-in system. Please call extension 7221 if you are on campus, or (707) 965-7221 if you are off campus. When calling or leaving a message, please provide us with the following information:
If you have a complex request it is better to talk to someone in the office to make sure you're ordering the proper equipment for your situation. We will not try to oversell you on anything, but we do want to make sure you don't make non-obvious mistakes such as ordering a microphone, but forgetting to order something to plug that mic into!
