Loading Microsoft Office Updates

Go to http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate

Click "Office Update" on the left hand menu

Follow the instructions on the web site

You may need to install an Active-X program. If requested, please go ahead and install it

Depending on which updates you need, you may need to restart after installation is complete. It will prompt you if this is necessary.
