Reporting to the Vice President for Financial Administration, duties include: Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Executive Management for improvement of the College’s policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters; maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and insures the College’s compliance; responsible for compliance with denominational policies, Federal, as well as State legislation, pertaining to all personnel matters; works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters; and consults with legal counsel as appropriate, and/or as directed by the College Officers on personnel matters.
