The Bon Appetit team at the Dining Commons provides the onsite restaurant for Pacific Union College. Bon Appetit is known for their culinary expertise and their commitment to create food that is alive with flavor and nutrition, prepared from scratch using authentic ingredients. They do this in a socially responsible manner for the well-being of their guests, their communities, and the environment, in keeping with what they call the Circle of Responsibility.

Fresh food and beverages are sold on an a la carte system, with most items priced individually or packaged together as a meal. This system allows students more freedom in choosing the variety of food they wish. Vegan items will be identified on the station signs. There will be a culinary attendant at each station to assist with information about the menu selections.

The PUC Dining Commons serves only lacto-ovo vegetarian foods. Some entrees and sandwiches are referred to as "beef" or "chicken," but these items are free of animal products. Care is taken to follow the basic dietary health plan of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Student feedback is important and enables the creation of a dining program that is customized to blend student tastes with the PUC campus culture. Students are welcome to stop by the cafe at any time to exchange ideas and give suggestions.
