Career Day

Career Day takes place on a Thursday each November, beginning with colloquy at 10:00 a.m. and continuing with over 50 consultants available in the Dining Commons to discuss a wide range of career options. The opportunity to reality test an occupation, is an invaluable tool for determining if you are selecting an occupation that will meet your personal goals, expectations, life style, and value system. Career consultants can answer these significant questions in choosing a career. Each of the academic departments has invited career consultants to represent the fields PUC graduates enter after graduation. In past years, students have made connections with career consultants that led to employment offers.

Take time to plan ahead and come prepared to take advantage of the tremendous opportunity Career Day represents. Below is a link for a handouts on Making the Most of Career Day and Informational Interviewing and Networking. Take a moment to read these practical tips and make a plan for what you want to get out of Career Day this year.
