Online Transcript Requests

Transcripts can be ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse (current students can access the National Student Clearinghouse online ordering process through WebAdvisor). You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Order updates will be emailed or texted to you, and your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

Please note that, according to PUC policy, no transcripts are issued until all of your financial obligations to the College have been met. The College reserves the right to withhold your record if you are in arrears in payment of accounts or other charges, including student loans. (PUC General Catalog). Your account will be reviewed during the transcript process. Processing time will be slower if you have an outstanding account balance or any student loans.
