Transcripts can be ordered via the Internet 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.
Your signed consent is required to fulfill your transcript order. Online ordering offers a digital signature option. Alternatively, a consent form can be generated for your order if you prefer to return your signature via fax, mail or as a scanned email attachment.
For current students:
You can access the National Student Clearinghouse online ordering process through WebAdvisor. Once you login with your ID and password, select “Order Official Transcripts” under the Academic Profile menu heading. By accessing their website through WebAdvisor, you will have submitted a digital signature and no other signature requirements are needed.
If you wish to have your transcripts sent via Express Mail or FedEx (extra charges – see pricing information below), they must be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse website.
Please note that, according to PUC policy, no transcripts are issued until all of your financial obligations to the College have been met. The College reserves the right to withhold your record if you are in arrears in payment of accounts or other charges, including student loans. (PUC General Catalog, p. 40).
We recommend that you use the online ordering process. However, if you prefer to order via fax or mail, you may use the PUC transcript request form. Please note that you will not be able to track your order online if you use this method of transcript ordering.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) requires that all transcript requests be signed and dated by the student of record.

We are committed to providing you with quality service in a timely manner. However, it is your responsibility to submit your transcript request in time to meet any deadlines that you may have. We recommend that you allow a minimum of two weeks for processing your request and mailing your transcript. (PUC General Catalog, p. 40)
In-office processing time for all transcript requests is 2-5 business days. This includes unofficial/faxed transcripts. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a rush processing option.
Mailing time is determined by US mail, however the standard mailing time is about 3-5 business days. Rush mailing options are available for an additional fee. (See below for more information regarding rush mailing)
Processing time is the same for official and unofficial transcripts.
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. For credit card payment please include type of credit card (Discover, Master Card or Visa), name on card, number, security code, expiration date, and billing address. Pricing is the same for official and unofficial transcripts.
