Enrollment Verifications

Enrollment verifications are frequently required by loan companies, insurance companies, scholarship providers, and other establishments.

Loan companies

The National Student Clearinghouse is PUC's authorized agent to provide enrollment verifications to loan companies. Your enrollment information is uploaded to the National Student Clearinghouse multiple times each quarter. Therefore any loan companies should be referred to the National Student Clearinghouse in order to obtain verification of enrollment.

Insurance companies, scholarship providers, etc.

We are happy to fill out enrollment verification forms. If your company does not provide you with a form, we can provide you with an official enrollment verification letter.

The enrollment verification letter:

  • Lists the student's name, birthdate, and academic program
  • Lists the term dates, credits enrolled and student status (full time, part time, etc.)
  • Includes the signature and title of an authorized school official
  • Can include confirmation of eligibility for good student discounts (for qualified students–please include special instructions indicating that good student verification is required)
  • Is printed on official school letterhead
  • Includes the official school seal (hard copy only–the embossed seal does not transmit over a fax machine)
  • Can be faxed or mailed to recipient (cannot be e-mailed)

There are three ways to request an enrollment verification letter:

  • Visit the Records Office
  • Fill out the Enrollment Verification Form and fax it to (707) 965-6432
  • Send an e-mail to records@puc.edu. Please include student name, mailing address or fax number, and any special instructions

Please allow at least one business day for the completion of an enrollment verification letter. During busy times (such as the beginning and end of each quarter), it may take a couple of business days to complete an enrollment verification.
