Biography:
Shana Ruggenberg, Ed.D., R.N.C., professor, specializes in principles of learning and instruction, with a clinical specialty in maternal-child nursing. She has clinical experience in all phases of the childbearing experience, with an emphasis in labor and delivery settings. She has worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, providing for the orientation and education of nurses working in the maternal-child specialty; as an operations director of a hospital maternal-child division, and as a nursing professor. Ruggenberg's hobbies include reading, genealogy, and instructional technology.
