Lance Bain, M.S.N., P.H.N., Assistant Professor, subject mater expert in Mental Health Nursing. He has 26 years clinical experience in several areas of mental health to include Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric, PTSD, and Forensic. Has been certified as a trainer in the prevention of assault and violence and have participated as primary instructor in violence prevention for over 20 years. In addition he is currently serves in the United States Army Reserves as a Company Commander within a Combat Support Hospital in which his additional roles includes acting as a consults for the 807th Medical Brigade as the subject matter expert on mental health issues and suicide prevention. . Bain's hobbies include fishing and boating on the Pacific Ocean, golfing and spending time with his wife of over 30 years.
