Summer Teacher Registration

To register for summer teacher classes, please fill out the following form. Before beginning, please have ready the title of the class(es) you wish to take as well as the course prefix, number, and the number of credits you wish to register for. The list of summer classes is available as a PDF. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact Debra Murphy at (707) 965-7265 or summerteacher@puc.edu.

Please note that this form is not a tuition waiver document. You must request that the Tuition Waiver Form be signed by your conference official and submitted directly to PUC's Business Office. If the PUC Business Office does not receive a copy of the Tuition Waiver Form signed by a conference official, you will be personally responsible for all tuition, charges & fees.
