Lynne Thew worked as a contract instructor for the department before joining the faculty full-time in 2007. Thew's career in journalism took her to New York and Washington, D.C., where she worked as a ghostwriter, penning books on medicine and business. In her free time, she works on book projects and enjoys reading and talking with interesting people.
