Biography:
Dr. Backil Sung has been at PUC since 2012. He has degree’s in medicine( M.D.), physiology (M.S.) and medical biotechnology (Ph.D). He has authored or co-authored thirty-nine scientific papers in neuroscience mainly in the area of pain mechanisms. He has also authored two book chapters. Dr. Sung frequently goes on medical mission trips. He teaches Neurobiology, Microbiology, Medical Microbiology and Biological Foundations.
