Educational Effectiveness Review

Pacific Union College's Educational Effectiveness Review was submitted on December 30, 2010. The EER Site Visit is scheduled for March 29 - 31, 2011.

The Educational Effectiveness Review is a fifty page document that:

  • Reviews the design and results of our efforts to evaluate learning effectiveness
  • Examines our practices for evaluating student learning
  • Examines the alignment of resources with our educational objectives
  • Promotes sustained engagement with issues identified by the Proposal
  • Responds to the concerns identified by the WASC Commission in their Action Letter continuing our accreditation following the CPR

The WASC-Planning Committee (WASC-PC) again coordinated the reaccreditation and process and was responsible for the production of the EE Report and all appendices and supplemental material. Two of the three Taskforces created to work on the CPR continued their work for the EER (Learning Community and Educational Effectiveness). WASC-PC consulted with the various campus constituencies frequently throughout the process. The Membership and job description of WASC-PC, of the two taskforces is summarized in the documents below, as is the consultation process.
