Housing | Student Family Housing
Pacific Union College offers housing designed especially with
the needs of married students and single parents in mind. Older
students, as well as faculty and staff, are eligible to reside
in Student Family Housing upon availability and priority determined
by the Office of Student Services.
PUC maintains three separate living areas. These are:
Brookside
Park |
Brookside Park is a 40- unit complex consisting of
1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. The complex is located
northwest of campus across Howell Mountain Road, situated
close to the College Market and laundromat. |
Court
Place |
Court Place is located northeast of campus in a secluded
circle of 14 one- and three-bedroom, duplex apartments. |
Mobile
Manor |
Mobile home park located north of campus
with laundry facilities. |

Assignments for Brookside Park and Court Place are made on a first-come,
first-served basis from a waiting list. To have your name put on
a waiting list, complete the Housing
Request Form and return it with a $10 non-refundable deposit.
Students or faculty/staff interested in living in Mobile Park
should contact the Office of Human Resources at (707) 965-6231.
Residents of Mobile Manor own their coach and rent a pad space.
To be eligible to live in Brookside Park or Court Place, student
must complete at least eight hours of class per quarter, except
during the summer.
