Artworks by Pacific Union College (PUC) students are featured in the Alumni Weekend Exhibition at Rasmussen Art Gallery beginning April 18, 2002, with an opening reception from 7-9 p.m. Jurors select award winners from student entries in ceramics, drawing, graphic design, mixed media, new media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and stained glass.
Emily Dalton, senior graphic design major, is entering several works in the show, which allows each student up to nine entries. According to Dalton, This is always the most fun and interesting show of the year because its so diversified and shows what PUC students can do. Its always fresh and new.
The Alumni Weekend Exhibition will show through May 14, 2002. Rasmussen Art Gallery on the Pacific Union College campus is open from 1-5 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Gallery admission is free to the public. For information contact Thomas Morphis at (707) 965-7241 or e-mail tmorphis@puc.edu.
