October 26-29 - Pacific Union College understands that deciding where to go to college is a huge decision. For that reason PUC is offering a four-day visitation weekend to all prospective students. On October 26-29 over 300 seniors from academies throughout central and northern California are coming to check out PUC. The weekend-long festivities begin with registration on Friday, Oct. 26, at 2 p.m. followed by an evening of games, refreshments, and fellowship. Several activities are offered on Saturday afternoon, including a ministry visit to local nursing homes and a hike to inspiration point on PUCs back-country trails. A trip to San Francisco provides visiting students with a taste of the greater PUC area and a talent show is scheduled for Sunday evening. Monday will be the time to get the important questions answered; visiting seniors can observe college teachers and classes in areas of interest, and compete for a variety of scholarships offered by the different academic departments at PUC.
PUC has scheduled two additional College Days weekends: the first is Nov. 9 12 and the second is April 5 -8. Room and board is free of charge for the weekend. For more information contact Michelle Rai at 1-800-862-7080 ext. 2 or mrai@puc.edu.
