PUC Invites Lovers of Shakespeare to Relish the Bard in Ashland

This summer Pacific Union College offers the opportunity to visit the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Oregon, July 26 - 31. Participants in the program will attend the festival with instructor Rob Stretter and will attend performances of four of Shakespeare's plays; Measure for Measure, Henry IV - Part I, Cymbeline, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. Participants will also be taken on a backstage tour, meet with one of the actors, and participate in group discussions of the plays.

Registration for this experience is $200. Two or three units of course credit can also be earned for which the price is $150, plus the discounted summer tuition rate of $195 per unit. For an additional $60, participants can spend five nights in the Ashland Hostel near the theaters. Participants are responsible for their own food and transportation.
