Since 1997 Academic Departments at PUC have engaged in a systematic Program Review Process. As we learn more about ourselves and this process, the guidelines and proceudres have been modified and enhanced. At this point every department has been through at least one Review, and most have been through two. Soon the non-Academic Departments will start a similar Program Review Process, as we work towards developing an intentional campus-wide culture of evidence, in which every department has explicit outcomes, a plan of assessment and a process to use the evidence collected to make decisions and improvements. This is part of our larger commitment to become a true Learning Community.
We link below to our current Program Review Guidelines and a few of the recent Program Reviews from select academic Departments. All current Program Reviews are on file in the Academic Dean's Office, and are available for review upon request. Our plan is for future Program Reviews to be submitted in electronic form.
