We are committed to providing you with quality service in a timely manner. However, it is your responsibility to submit your transcript request in time to meet any deadlines that you may have.
Please read and understand the following information regarding transcript requests:
- “You should allow two weeks for processing your request and mailing the transcript.” PUC General Catalog, p. 41
- In-office processing time for all transcript requests is 2-5 business days. This includes unofficial/faxed transcripts. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a rush processing option.
- Mailing time is determined by US mail, however the standard mailing time is about 3-5 business days. Rush mailing options are available for an additional fee. (See below for more information regarding rush mailing)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 requires that
all transcript requests be in writing, signed and dated by the person
to whom the records belong.
You can assist us in giving speedy accurate service by providing
the following information:
- Full Name as it appears on your record. (Please include your
maiden name, or any other name used while enrolled at PUC)
- Social Security Number or PUC ID#
- Address to which the transcript is to be mailed
- Your return address and telephone number in the event we need
to contact you

Minimum processing time is two (2) working days.
Processing time and price are the same for official and unofficial transcripts.
Cost for transcript: Free (for first 25 copies, $5 per transcript after 25 limit reached)
Cost for mailing transcript by Regular Mail: Free
Cost for mailing transcript by Express Mail: $20 (fees
may vary for international destinations)
Cost for mailing transcript by Federal Express: $25 (fees
may vary for international destinations)
Cost for having transcript faxed: Free (please remember faxed transcripts are unofficial)
Payment for mailing fees can be made by cash, check or
credit card. For credit card payment please include type of credit
card (Discover, Master Card or Visa), name on card, number, security code, expiration
date, and billing address.
Please note: According to PUC policy, "No transcripts
are issued until all of your financial obligations to the College
have been met". PUC General Catalog p. 41
