your own (as a check of your understanding of the chapter so far).
Subject and predicate notes on board. (Add to Notes section of your
notebook.) Return previous spelling quiz. Begin ex. 7 to 12. To
be continued on Wed. Hmwk: study for spelling quiz. Write out any

and explanations and samples in the text to assist you--if you have
questions. At the end of the class period, turn in what you have
completed. If you finish before the end of class, read quietly (or
work on other homework) while your classmates finish their work.
Hmwk: write out 25 times each any words missed on the spelling quiz.
