Habitats:  Moist, sunny, rocky, ultramafic of not, grassy slopes/summits/valley floors/ & swales; & occasionally in disturbed places like fields/ & roadsides; in all formations including serpentine

Elevations:  60-2400'

Distritution:  Now known only from Soscol Ridge and Atlas Peak Rd. x upper Milliken Canyon

Plant Communities:  Annual Grassland

Habitats:  Moist, sunny, rocky, grassy, vernal pools; in alluvial formations

Elevations:  80-1470'

Comments:  Rare & Endangered (CNPS-List 1B; FED-FE?).  Not to be collected

Comments:  Doubtful in Napa Co.  Confirmation & collection needed
