II. Human Identity in Cultural Contexts (11

• Historical Contexts

• Economics (Fulfilled by major)
III. Insights of the Imagination
(6 hours minimum) 2 courses
(Two courses chosen from two of the following
three areas)
• Literature
• Music (must be a “history” or “appreciation” course)
• Art (must be a “history” or “appreciation” course)
IV. The Natural World (4
hours minimum)
- Science course with a lab 1 course
V. Ethics and Religion (6
hours minimum) fulfilled by major
VI. Health and Fitness (2
hours minimum)
• Health Education, Fitness for Life, or Nutrition 1 course
VII. Practical & Applied Arts (2
hours minimum) fulfilled by major
